The terms for setting fees

Hourly fees

The remuneration is calculated according to a pre-set hourly rate. This formula is applied when the complexity of the case justifies it and it is not possible to anticipate its evolution.

Success fee

Generally calculated as a percentage of the amount recovered thanks to the firm's intervention, this fee complements the fixed fee or hourly fee.

Fixed fee

This is a fixed and overall remuneration, defined in advance. It allows the client to know precisely how much they will have to pay for the handling of their case.

Legal aid

Legal aid allows for total (100%) or partial (55% or 25%) coverage of fees and legal costs by the State for individuals with modest resources. The firm accepts cases under legal aid depending on the complexity of the case and the jurisdiction involved.
